General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Domaine Drost

ARTICLE 1 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded remotely via the website www.domaine-drost.com, operated by DOMAINE DROST, and relating to wines produced using biodynamic farming methods, DEMETER and ECOCERT FR-BIO-01 certified.
These sales are exclusively reserved for customers:
of legal age (18 years or older),
with legal capacity,
and residing in mainland France.
1.2. Acceptance of the GTC
Confirming an order implies full, complete, and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
This acceptance does not require a handwritten or electronic signature.
The applicable GTC are those in effect on the date of the order. DOMAINE DROST reserves the right to modify them at any time.
1.3. Prevention
In accordance with Article L.3342-1 of the French Public Health Code, the customer declares that they are at least 18 years of age at the time of ordering. DOMAINE DROST reserves the right to refuse any order that does not comply with this requirement.
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Consume in moderation.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS CONCERNED
The General Terms and Conditions cover the online purchase of the following vintages:
3 vintages of dry white wine AOP Anjou Blanc
1 vintage LE PAVILLON – 2022 vintage – Vin de France
All wines offered are certified biodynamic (DEMETER) and organic (ECOCERT FR-BIO-01).
ARTICLE 3 – ORDERING
Orders are placed exclusively via the website www.domaine-drost.com.

Select products and add them to your cart
Log in and provide delivery information
Choose delivery method
Pay for the order via Stripe (secure credit card payment)
The order is considered final upon payment validation. A confirmation email is then sent to the customer, including the summary and invoice.
DOMAINE DROST reserves the right to refuse any suspicious order (e.g., abnormally high volumes, >90 liters) or any order that does not comply with the legal conditions for the sale of alcohol.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are indicated in euros, including VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated and specified at the time of ordering.
DOMAINE DROST may revise its prices at any time; the prices applied remain those in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Accepted payment methods: Stripe only (credit cards).
No check or cash payments are accepted.
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY
Carrier: ChronoViti
Approximate delivery times: 24 hours to 5 business days (Metropolitan France only)
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the contact information provided. DOMAINE DROST shall not be liable for any delay or loss due to an incorrect address.
ARTICLE 6 – RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS
Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the package.
In the event of any anomaly (breakage, missing product, open package), the customer must notify DOMAINE DROST by email (contact@domaine-drost.com) within 72 hours.
After this period, no claims will be accepted.
ARTICLE 7 – RETENTION OF TITLE
DOMAINE DROST
Retains ownership of the products until full payment of the order.
ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned at their own expense and in their original condition.
Reimbursement will be made after receipt and inspection of the returned products.
ARTICLE 9 – LEGAL GUARANTEES
The customer benefits from:
the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code),
the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA
The data collected is used solely for order management.
It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.
The customer may, at any time, request access to, rectification of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting contact@domaine-drost.com.
ARTICLE 11 – PROTECTION OF MINORS
As the sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited, the customer undertakes to be at least 18 years of age at the time of ordering.
DOMAINE DROST may request proof of identity before validation.
ARTICLE 12 – LIABILITY
DOMAINE DROST shall not be held liable for:
Damage resulting from improper use of the product,
The content of third-party websites accessible via hyperlinks.
ARTICLE 13 – FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of an unforeseeable or unavoidable event (strike, bad weather, war, pandemic, etc.), DOMAINE DROST shall be released from its obligations.
ARTICLE 14 – DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.
Failing this, jurisdiction will be assigned to the courts of Angers.
